Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the nature of homeopathic medicines, returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered,
  • Damaged or tampered packaging upon arrival.

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (through email/Whatsapp only) with clear photographic/Video proof.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the courier/transport, use or misuse of our Products.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the correct storage, dosage, and administration of all medicines purchased.

Refund & Return Policy for Export

At Homeo Medicine Solutions (HMS), we are committed to supplying premium-quality classical homoeopathic medicines to our international buyers with transparency, care, and compliance with export regulations. Please read this Export Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Products

  • Prepared and packed strictly as per homoeopathic pharmacopoeial standards
  • Exported in sealed, tamper-proof packaging
  • Supplied specifically against confirmed buyer orders

Due to the medicinal, customized, and regulated nature of homoeopathic products, returns and refunds are governed by strict conditions.

2. No Return / No Refund Policy (General Rule)

  • Medicines once sold, dispatched, or exported cannot be returned
  • Refunds are not applicable once the shipment has been dispatched from India

This policy exists due to:

  • Health and safety regulations
  • Export compliance norms
  • Risk of contamination or misuse of medicinal products

3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Wrong Product Supplied – Product does not match the confirmed invoice or purchase order.
  • Manufacturing Defect – Visible damage to sealed bottle or packaging before use.

4. Conditions for Claim Submission

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Buyer must notify HMS within 7 days of receiving the shipment
  • Complaint must be sent via official email: export@homeomedicinesolutions.com
  • Order number / Invoice number must be provided
  • Clear photographs or video evidence must be attached
  • Courier delivery condition report (if applicable)
  • Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment
  • Processing time: 10–15 working days after claim approval
  • Bank charges, foreign exchange fees, or transaction charges will be deducted
  • Refund amount shall not exceed the invoice value of the product

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability
  • Shipping costs for replacement may be borne by:
    • HMS – in case of proven fault from our side
    • Buyer – if damage is courier-related

7. Customs & Import Restrictions

HMS is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import restrictions or rejections in the buyer’s country
  • Seizure or disposal by customs authorities due to local regulations

In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before the production date
  • Once medicines are prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

9. Governing Law

This Export Refund & Return Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
