2. Eligibility & Buyer Responsibility

• Buyers must be legally authorized in their country to import, distribute, prescribe, or sell homoeopathic medicines.
• HMS does not verify local import or medical regulations of the buyer’s country.
• Compliance with local laws, rules, and regulations is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
• All export orders are treated as B2B transactions, unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Nature of Products

• Products are classical homoeopathic preparations manufactured as per Indian Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia standards.
• Products are not intended for emergency or critical medical use.
• Do not consume without consultation with a qualified homoeopathic practitioner.
• HMS does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases as per modern medical standards.

4. Regulatory & Import Compliance

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• Obtaining import permits, licenses, and approvals
• Customs clearance, duties, and local taxes
• Compliance with local health authority regulations

HMS shall not be liable for shipment delays, confiscation, or rejection due to non-compliance with local laws.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• All export orders are subject to availability and written email confirmation by HMS.
• HMS reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for export shipments.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices may be quoted in INR, USD, or another agreed foreign currency.
• Prices are exclusive of shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes.
• Payment must be made 100% in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment modes will be communicated during order confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipment timelines are estimates and depend on logistics partners and customs clearance.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.
• HMS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or courier delays.

8. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of homoeopathic medicines, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once products are dispatched.

In case of transit damage, claims must be raised directly with the courier or insurer.
